Hamid Carpets was established
more than 40 years and it is owned by the Moosavi family in Mashad.
Ever since then, we have expanded our business and reputations throughout
Europe and now we are establishing our presence in South East Asia
via its gallery in Kuala Lumpur.
Having grown up in the trade, we, the Moussavis are experts in this
field and very knowledgeable in the history of weaving , techniques,
care, maintenance and appraisal of Hand-knotted Persian carpets.
Hamid Carpet's 1,900 sq ft gallery is one of the largest in Malaysia
and with thousands of fine, hand-knotted rugs, carpets and kilims
at any one time. Customers can choose from exotic tribal and village
rugs to lustrous silks and workshop masterpieces, from contemporary
weaves to rare and antique collectibles. And all accompanied by expert
advices and impeccable services from the Mousavi.
